Part of the new smart city pilot kit - the high-intensity discharge (HID) lamp retrofit kit is a combination of the entelli-Ballast & either the DolFinial or NemaNode mesh network radio nodes.

The designs were required to work with existing victorian style lamps, so a combination of opaque & clear plastics to enable proper function of the electronics were required.

Although enLight are an established company with modern & hi-tech electronics manufacturing capabilities, they lacked the skills & experience to design, develop & manufacture plastic parts for production.

We provided a full range of services that resulted in plastic parts delivered to their production facility where the electronics could be assembled in to the plastics and then ultra-sonically welded to ensure they were weather proof for outdoor use.
