The client had already developed most of the system but they asked us to help them refine some of the components for manufacture. The product  is designed to automatically isolate, feed and harvest individual cells in labs.

Material selection and manufacturing options were key to ensuring the product could withstand decontamination and be made to tight tolerances.

As part of the process we also produced low-volume production parts which were used for validation and user trials.
